Little bit disappointment with the customer service provided by Hotel Travel Park Lisboa, My Mam & Aunt were due to travel to Lisbon on April 14th 2024 and booked their hotel & flights within the last month. Unfortunately my mam took ill a week before they would due to travel and was unable to go. I do note that they booked non refundable "cheapest" option but giving they had booked the trip less than a month to go, I don't think either of them envisage what would happen in such a short time! Little bit disappointed that the hotel was unable to offer an alternative options, once she out of hospital and feeling 100% to visit Lisbon then, its a lesson for us all but will definitely be advising others that I know who will be visiting Lisbon not to book Hotel Travel Park Lisboa!

Very much happy with our stay . We booked it for 2 nights. Simple and neat rooms . Bathroom was quite spacious . I enjoyed my morning street view watching ppl going for their work and other activities . Lady at the front desk was very nice too Coffee shops are nearby and there is a grocery store next door. Metro station ( Anjos ) is just a short walk. I would definitely recommend it to anyone going to Lisbon .

I stayed here for only one night before catching a flight back to the US. The service was excellent, the room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioning worked great. I would stay again.

Travel Park has a good location next to metro stops, an extensive breakfast buffet, stable wi-fi, a convenient mini-market next door and helpful staff - this hotel easily meets most traveler needs. Despite some criticisms of street noise, I never had a problem with my front facing room. Booking far in advance can yield substantial savings. For my recent stay I made reservations nine months prior , locking in a room for under €60 a night.

Nice centrally located hotel, 20 mins walk from the main attraction sites. Guest rooms basic but very clean. Toiletries supplied, no tissues or free bottled water. The mini bar was basic and not over priced. Fair selection of cold & cooked items for breakfast buffet. Bonus of car parking beneath the hotel which was free to guests.
